Introducing UGC Bodies and Heads
On Thursday, members of the Roblox UGC Avatar Marketplace program can upload custom Heads and Bodies, allowing for more ways to express yourself on the platform. To remove barriers, Bodies and Heads will not have upload fees or a minimum price requirement. Additionally, they cannot be sold as limited items. Bodies must have a head, torso, two arms and two legs, though heads can be uploaded separately. Heads can include up to three assets including the base head itself.
Account Switcher Coming Soon
Roblox is working on a new feature that will allow you to add and quickly switch between 4 other alternate accounts, not including the one you are already logged in to. Clicking the Settings icon will soon bring up a new “Switch Account” option that shows the following screen:
Creator Roadmap Updates and Changes
Back in May, Roblox released the Creator Roadmap, a way for them to give more visibility into what’s next for the platform. Today, the Roadmap has been updated with the latest shipments and some updates to the estimated launch windows of some features.

New Prime Gaming Loot Drop
If you are subscribed to Amazon Prime, you can currently claim a free accessory for your Roblox avatar. The Freaky Fly Face is available now through September 12, 2023 on the Prime Gaming page.
Create Unlimited Outfits
This week, Roblox seemed to have removed the limit for the number of outfits you can create for your various Roblox avatar styles. Previously, you could create up to 50, however X user MuneebParwazMP put the limit to the test and created over 1,000 outfits without any problem.
Sunsetting the Legacy Computational Solid Geometry (CSG) Engine
Due to a potential third party security vulnerability, the legacy Computational Solid Geometry (CSG) system will be sunset from Roblox Studio on September 18, 2023. As of today, all creators have been upgraded to use the latest CSG v3 engine.
