Roblox is one of the largest platforms where millions of people play, communicate, and hang out together in immersive 3D experiences built by a global community of creators. Roblox is continuing to grow each and every day, and with that rapid growth comes the need for more employees and additional office space.

Before relocating, Roblox leased a portion of the Franklin Templeton Investments office space for their global U.S. Headquarters at 950/970 Park Place in San Mateo, California.

In August of 2021, it was revealed that Roblox Corporation would lease an additional 123,000 square feet of space for it’s headquarters by the first quarter of 2022. In March of 2022, plans were unveiled that would expand Roblox’s total office space by 430,000 square feet with the addition of 2 new office buildings at Bay Meadows in San Mateo, California.

Now, after years of discussion and construction, the move is officially complete, giving Roblox approximately 600,000 square feet of office space, amenities, and parking. Roblox has agreed to a term of seven years and will pay approximately $90 million through December 2029. The former occupant of Station 2, Guidewire Software, has moved into Roblox’s former headquarters at 970 Park Place.

Roblox’s new campus is split into 3 buildings, or “Stations” as they are called. Here is a deeper look at each of these new buildings, now home to Roblox Corporation:
