Over the past few weeks, hype for The Hunt: First Edition Roblox event has been ramping up. New information and leaks have been spreading like wildfire all over social media, and with the event just less than a day away, here’s everything you need to know become the ultimate Gunter.
What is The Hunt?
The Hunt: First Edition is a brand new Roblox event that will begin on Friday, March 15, 2024 at 10:00AM Pacific Time (PT) and end on Saturday, March 30, 2024 at 12:00PM Pacific Time (PT). Your mission is to complete quests in over 100 experiences and earn badges to unlock elusive avatar items. You can jump into the Hub on mobile, PC, console, or VR right now to get prepared.
What exactly am I Hunting for?
This Hunt will take you into the Infinite Vault, where you’ll find futuristic treasures collected through Roblox space and time. In the Infinite Vault what’s old is new, and new is old. Have you traveled forwards or backwards in time? Which way you go does not matter — only how many treasures you gather. The Vault is full of rare and elusive items, and your badges are the key to unlocking them. The video below showcases all of the items you can claim.
How do I know what experiences are participating?
There are 100 experiences that are participating in The Hunt: First Edition event. You can view the full list of experiences on the Discover page, or by joining the hub and going through any of the portals.
How do I claim the avatar items?
To claim the avatar items, you must complete a select number of quests in any of the experiences featured in the event. Don’t worry though, you won’t have to complete every quest in every experience to earn all of the prizes during the event. Once you reach the predetermined number of badges, you can head back to the Hub and redeem them in the Track:
- To claim the Pendants, you must complete 5 quests.
- To claim the Staffs, you must complete 20 quests.
- To claim the Wings, you must complete 40 quests.
- To claim the Hoods, you must complete 60 quests.
- To claim the Crowns, you must complete 95 quests.
Members of the Video Stars Program will also be handing out the Vault Star Headphones within the event hub throughout the duration of the event! Be on the lookout for users with a shooting star icon next to their name on the player list in servers to have a chance at getting the item!
How do I unlock the Gold Track?
You can gain access to the Gold Track by buying the Pass, or if you purchase the Korblox Deathwalker avatar bundle. If you wear any part of the Korblox Deathwalker as your avatar when you enter The Hunt: First Edition Hub, you can automatically redeem the gold track for free. Unlocking the gold track doesn’t guarantee you will earn the gold items, you still need to complete the required number of challenges to earn badges.
If you don’t own the Korblox Deathwalker avatar bundle nor purchase the Gold Track, you can also purchase each gold item individually with Robux.
Purchasable Items
In addition to earning items by completing quests, you can purchase exclusive items in The Hunt: First Edition Hub. All items for purchase are only available for a short time. Roblox will be changing the items available for purchase throughout the event, so check back in the Hub to see what’s available.
